What’s the advantage of working within one integrated structure?
Because Stelmo, within the Strado Group, holds the entire chain in hand, we can act faster and more precisely.
On the EMS side, that means: we control the full chain, spot issues sooner, and step in faster. Fewer links, more grip.
On the side of the BRP (Balance Responsible Party) and the energy supplier, you benefit from stronger integrations. We leverage all the additional data that becomes available within the group and make sure the realized gains land correctly on the final bill. That way, no value gets lost along the way.
Can I continue working with my existing systems and partners?
Yes. The Stelmo signal is software-only and hardware-independent: it plugs into your existing infrastructure, with no replacement or upgrade. Today we control 50+ battery and inverter brands, and we also connect to external EMS systems. Not sure whether your installation is compatible? Consult the list of compatible hardware, or we’ll review the technical requirements together.
What if there’s a problem with the steering?
We detect and report control issues automatically, through alert emails and notifications on the platform. For debugging, we’re available remotely and step in quickly. For hardware-related problems on site, we don’t come out in person; those you handle with your installation partner.
